1. A Warm Welcome to TooNut

When you place an order on our website, you are ordering authentic Odia heritage sweets (like our flaky Puri Khaja) and signature savory snacks crafted with care and devotion. These terms explain how orders, deliveries, payments, and replacements work so there are never any surprises. By placing an order, you agree to these simple house rules.

2. Placing an Order & Your Details

Please make sure your delivery address, PIN code, and active mobile number are completely accurate when checking out. Because our packages travel through courier networks, a missing house number or incorrect PIN code can delay your sweets. If you notice a typo in your address right after ordering, message or call us immediately and we will update it before your box is handed over to the courier.

3. Honest Pricing & Shipping Charges

All prices shown on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Any delivery fees or festive discount coupons are displayed clearly on your checkout screen before you make payment. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay — no hidden fees or last-minute markups.

4. Safe & Secure Payments

We accept online payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit and credit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway partner (Razorpay). Where eligible, Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be offered.

Security Note: All payments are processed over bank-grade encrypted channels. We never see, collect, or store your card CVVs, banking passwords, or UPI PINs.

5. Shipping, Courier Tracking & Delivery Handover

We partner with trusted nationwide logistics providers (such as Delhivery) and local delivery teams to get your sweets to you fresh. Once your package is dispatched, we send you tracking updates so you can follow its journey.

Delivery typically takes between 2 to 6 business days depending on your delivery location across India. For orders where a secure delivery PIN is generated, please share this PIN only with the courier person at the moment they hand over your package.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge from your Account page anytime before our kitchen team accepts and packs your items. Once an order is packed, sealed, or handed over to our shipping courier, it cannot be canceled because it is already en route.

7. Perishable Food, Replacements & Refunds

Because our sweets and snacks are perishable food products prepared without harsh chemical preservatives, we cannot accept returns on opened or delivered food items for hygiene and food safety reasons.

However, we always stand behind our quality: If your package arrives damaged in transit, the seal is broken, or you received the wrong item, please take a clear photo of the box and contents and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will happily send you a free fresh replacement or process a prompt refund to your original payment method without hassle.

8. Storage & Enjoying at Peak Flavor

Our authentic Puri Khaja and snacks are made to be delightfully crisp and flaky. Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. For the best flavor and texture, enjoy them before the best-before date printed on each pack.
